- 2026-09-25T18:52:28Z · 5/5: Chad's home was superb for our needs, three men and a wife in town for the week to watch Pirates baseball. It was a relatively easy 10-minute walk for us to get to the incline and down Mount Washington, and then the T-train took us right from Station Square to the stadiums without a hitch. There are some gentle hills to walk to get to the incline, and some slightly steeper hills to get to neighborhood bars and restaurants, but nothing unmanageable. As far as Chad's home, it is beautiful! Three floors, so there are some steps, but clean as a whistle with all of the upgrades and comforts one could want. We never actually made it outdoors to use the patio and hot tub, but if I were to go back I would definitely want to spend some time with that. We were very happy to stay at Chad's home for the week, and most certainly would plan to stay there again in the future!

As mentioned the driveway is tricky I would not recommend for those that have trouble walking, it is very steep and so are the surrounding roads. I would recommend this home.
