Our team follows an industry-leading cleaning checklist, and our Operations team executes randomized inspections to ensure our standards are met.

➤ Sleeps 6 - Two 12" king "just right" memory foam mattresses, one fold out sofa bed on the basement walk-out level, and one crib in its own room

➤ Workspace: One desk on the third floor, additional desk on the second floor in office / crib room
➤ Bathroom: 1.5 baths - one full on second floor, one half bath on basement walk-out floor

The North Side is an old neighborhood full of Pittsburgh history, and now it's one of the fastest growing areas in the 'Burgh. With the revitalization of the North Shore, the whole area is quickly developing into a lively hub of activity. Friendly old locals, new hipsters, starving artists, young professionals, and more are now calling the diverse North Side home. The location is excellent, with lots of activities in a short walk - you're less than a mile walk from PNC Park and Heinz Field, with all of the bars & restaurants you could want in between. There are parks, museums, the National Aviary, breweries, and more, all with easy access to downtown. Our street in particular is a "historic homes" street, which feels like Mexican War Streets (or a Brooklyn / Boston street for those unfamiliar with Pittsburgh).
