Have stayed here multiple times and always have a good stay. Just as described/pictured and always clean. Great location that’s walkable and the off street parking is a huge plus.

Fantastic stay in Lower Lawrenceville! The location was absolutely perfect—close to great restaurants, bars, coffee shops. The place was clean, comfortable, stylish, and had everything I needed for a great stay.
The host was responsive, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better location or a better stay. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Pittsburgh!

I've stayed at Chad's place multiple times and it has always been a great stay. The location is perfect for walking to plenty of food and drink options, and the off street parking is a great amenity to have in this neighborhood. Will continue to look to stay at this location.

Fantastic stay! Chad’s place was as described. Super clean and in the middle of the action in Lawrenceville. We drive a pickup and the Off street parking was perhaps the most valuable of amenities.
Would be delighted to stay again when returning to Pittsburgh.

Chad's (and Scott's) place was perfect for our 5-day stay in Pittsburgh. The house is well-appointed, updated and very, very comfortable. The location is simply outstanding. It's within a few steps of Butler Street with a multitude of restaurants, shops, etc. But even though it's so close to Butler, the home is still very quiet and tranquil. Large and well-equipped full kitchen just added to the comfort. Chad and Scott were very communicative and helpful. Really couldn't have asked for a better place. Thanks guys!
