With the revitalization of the North Shore, the whole area is quickly developing into a lively urban hub of activity. The location is excellent, with lots of activities in a short walk - you're less than a mile walk from PNC Park and Heinz Field, with all of the bars & restaurants you could want in between. There are parks, museums, the National Aviary, breweries, and more, all with easy access to downtown.

You can easily walk to most places, including downtown. If you're venturing to other areas of Pittsburgh, Uber / Lyft is super easy and affordable. Parking for two vehicles is on street (guest permit provided). Street parking is generally easy & abundant.
The North Side is a very diverse area. While it's safe, we have some unhoused in the area as well as drug users. They are not confrontational and don't bother anyone. However, people not used to / uncomfortable with this type of environment should consider other areas.
